At Ersta Hospital (https://www.erstadiakoni.se/att-jobba-pa-ersta/Om-att-jobba-pa-Ersta/jobba-pa-ersta-sjukhus/), employees thrive and we unite in a strong commitment to the patient. Here, decision-making paths are short and effective, and we have good collaboration and community across clinic boundaries. We are currently in an intense and exciting phase where the hospital is growing and has started several new operations during 2024/2025.

The Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic belongs to the Medical Clinic, and we are one of Sweden's largest diabetes clinics. We have over 1600 patients with type 1 diabetes at our clinic. Our employees' specialized knowledge and experience enable us to offer short waiting times and a holistic view of the patient. We work in teams around the patient with diabetes nurses, doctors, reception nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and foot therapists. We work in new, fresh premises in Ersta's new hospital on Folkungagatan, Södermalm. Here, there are great opportunities to realize visions and ideas about the future of healthcare!

As an employee with us, we offer a range of benefits (https://www.erstadiakoni.se/att-jobba-pa-ersta/Om-att-jobba-pa-Ersta/dina-formaner/) that we hope will provide you with the conditions to thrive at work and have a rewarding leisure time.

About the role

We work daytime Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a passionate commitment to their work and a drive to develop and improve. You are structured in your working methods but flexible enough to prioritize when needed. You are collaborative and want to work together with the team to build Sweden's best diabetes care.
