About the operation:

Vallentuna Municipality has two special accommodations in its own management, Korallen and Väsbygården nursing home. The health and medical care staff have close cooperation between the accommodations and with a common unit manager.

Our goal is to be a stable, competent workgroup with a focus on a good working environment. Part of this work is to expand the nursing group with one more nurse. As a mobile nurse, you will have a varied job. This means working on a fixed schedule, where you replace colleagues or support in the operation that currently has the greatest need.

Your work will be characterized by a combination of independent responsibility and close collaboration within interdisciplinary teams where your competence and engagement play a central role. By acting trustfully and understanding the unique needs of patients, you will be able to deliver person-centered care of the highest quality. Your tasks will be multifaceted, and you need to be able to handle rapid changes, both in patients' health conditions and in the needs of the operation.

The nurse's working hours are distributed during the day, evenings until 6:45 PM, and weekends on a rolling schedule. During evenings and weekends, the on-duty nurse, in addition to responsibility for SÄBO, also has a consulting assignment at the municipality's various LSS operations. This includes, among other things, telephone consultations with advice for the support assistants working there.

Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse, preferably with previous experience working in municipal operations
• Good experience with IT-based systems
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B
