We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work with us at Judiska Hemmet. The position is available now or by agreement and is 100%. There will be a total of six nurses in the pleasant nursing team. The position as a nurse is in one of the two departments for dementia patients, and you will be responsible for the care of 14 residents. The management consists of a business manager, a unit manager for the somatic unit, and a unit manager for the dementia unit, as well as an administrative manager.

You can work independently and prioritize your tasks. Communication, both verbal and written, is an important part of your role, so we expect you to have good communication skills and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are responsible, service-minded, and flexible, and you have a genuine interest in people.

In your role as a nurse, you will perform the usual nursing tasks that occur in a special accommodation, such as assessing the health of residents, carrying out health and medical care measures, both urgent and planned. Providing care at the end of life, record-keeping, risk assessments in the national quality register Senior Alert, and registration in the Swedish Palliative Register. You will have contact with relatives as well as carry out care planning, contact with doctors, and supervision of staff. All interventions are performed with the resident in focus – we work person-centered and interdisciplinary within both SoL and HSL. A significant merit is if you have previous experience and/or education in dementia knowledge.

The home is run by a non-profit organization, and we have a total of 76 apartments.
