Here, you will have a unique opportunity to combine practical experience with academic education and become part of the future's cutting-edge competence in dentistry.
With us, you will work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment where you develop in close collaboration with experienced specialists and dedicated colleagues. The Eastman Institute, located near Odenplan, offers a wide range of specialist care and is a place where education, research, and clinical practice meet.
Your Mission
With a high patient influx and varying care needs, you will gain broad clinical experience within the specialty of pedodontics. The theoretical training is conducted through courses, lectures, and seminars in collaboration with Karolinska Institute Huddinge. The goal of the specialization training is to educate you as a specialist who, after training, has the competence required to meet the most complex demands of dentistry and patients.
The three-year training provides a broad academic and clinical perspective, leading to good insights into treatment, pedagogy, ethics in care, and leadership. After meeting the goals of the training, an examination takes place in the presence of the main supervisor and supervisors from another clinic approved for specialization training within the specialty.
