We are a cheerful team with a well-functioning work group looking for a colleague.

Organizationally, we belong to the Midwifery Clinics Stockholm North within SLSO, consisting of 14 midwifery clinics. Currently, 4 midwives work with us. We work patient-centered based on SLSO's core values: "with the patient in focus, equal rights for all, and joy at work."
The goal of the work at the Midwifery Clinic North is to provide the right care with a clear focus on our mission in sexual and reproductive health, as well as to work in accordance with guidelines in our own operation BMM Stockholm North and in collaboration and interaction with other healthcare providers. About the position:
At the clinics, midwives work together with our doctor and the responsible unit manager. The assignment means that the midwife primarily cares for women, but their professional practice also includes the child and family, youth, young adults, and older women, and the work at the clinic includes standard tasks such as pregnancy checks, parental support, cervical samples, and both physical and digital visits related to sexual and reproductive health.

About You:
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you who are a licensed midwife with prescribing rights. Experience in maternal healthcare and supervisory training is an advantage. Familiarity with the journal systems Obstetrix and Take Care is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with other partners and colleagues. We seek someone who likes to work results- and goal-oriented and performs tasks with quality and takes action where needed. Within our mission, this also involves leading, developing, and evaluating various groups. You do not see this as obstacles. In all meetings, we expect you to have a supportive and empathetic approach.
Employment:
Temporary employment. Part-time 80%. Working hours Monday-Friday. Start date by agreement.
