Aleris ASIH At Aleris ASIH, we work in multiprofessional teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

In advanced home care, we work on behalf of the region, which means we conduct home visits that replace hospital care.

The role As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you perform home visits to our seriously ill patients. The tasks include advanced medical interventions with sophisticated medical equipment and technology.

We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a working tool. You will always have a supportive team; you are never alone.

We operate from the office in Tullinge, and the patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars.

About you We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Previous work experience within ASIH is highly meritorious.

You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first. We work person-centered. You are confident in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and possess broad medical competence. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
