About the position

Home Rehabilitation Norrtälje/Rimbo is part of the customer choice where your employment is based at our rehabilitation unit in Tiohundra. You will work in a team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and care assistants. Together with a physiotherapist, you will guide the care teams in a rehabilitative approach. Your tasks will also include documentation in Procapita and Take Care, assessments, training, and provision of assistive devices.

The position is 100% and working hours are daytime Monday - Friday.

Your tasks include:

• Visiting patients at home and conducting assessments
• Instructing and supporting patients in their rehabilitation
• Prescribing assistive devices
• Working with fall prevention
• Collaborating with nurses in home care and care staff in home services

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed occupational therapist
• Have a B driver's license for manual transmission
