About the role

In this unique role, you will divide your time between:

• Clinical work at our healthcare centers.
• Business development at our headquarters, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to and shape our work processes and future plans and strategies.

We see the interaction between these two parts as a strength – by combining clinical work with development, insights and conditions for improved care flows and patient experiences are created.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a specialist physician in general medicine.
• Has a strong interest in business development and innovation within primary care.
• Thrives in a role where you combine clinical work with strategic thinking.
• Has a drive to develop and improve care and work processes.
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
