The health center is located by Lake Trekanten in Gröndal, close to tram, subway, and bus lines. It is a county-operated unit characterized by a good atmosphere and short decision-making paths.

We are now looking for a geriatrician or general practitioner to join our well-functioning team.

Job Responsibilities

All tasks associated with a geriatrician, primarily focusing on home care. We document in TakeCare.

Qualifications

Licensed physician with specialist competence in geriatrics or general medicine.

Employment Type

Permanent position with start date as agreed, part-time 60%, working hours Monday to Friday. A probationary period may apply.

The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

• Background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to current guidelines.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before hiring.
• In addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
