We are a cheerful group with a well-functioning team looking for a colleague.

Organizationally, we belong to the Midwifery Clinics Stockholm North within SLSO, consisting of 14 midwifery clinics. Currently, 4 midwives work with us. We work patient-centered based on SLSO's core values of 'putting the patient first, equal rights for all, and joy at work'.
The goal of the work at the Northern Midwifery Clinic is to provide the right care with a clear focus on our mission in sexual and reproductive health, as well as to work in accordance with guidelines in our own operations BMM Stockholm North and in collaboration and interaction with other healthcare providers. About the position:
At the clinics, midwives work together with our doctor and the responsible unit manager. The assignment means that the midwife primarily cares for the woman, but their professional practice also includes the child and family, youth, young adults, and older women, and the work at the clinic includes usual tasks such as pregnancy check-ups, parental support, cervical samples, both physical and digital visits related to sexual and reproductive health.

About You:
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you who are a licensed midwife with prescribing rights. Experience in maternal healthcare work and supervisor training is an advantage. Familiarity with the journal systems Obstetrix and Take Care.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work independently but also easily collaborates with other partners and colleagues. We seek someone who enjoys working in a results- and goal-oriented manner, performs tasks with quality, and takes action where necessary. Within our mission, this also involves leading, developing, and evaluating various groups. You do not see this as obstacles. In all meetings, we expect you to have a supportive and empathetic approach.
Employment:
Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. Working hours Monday-Friday. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
