All our fantastic nursing assistants need a vacation this summer, so we are looking for a cheerful team to fill in at Wallinska. Working hours and the length of the temporary position may vary.

About Kavat Vård Kavat Vård offers elderly care with various focuses and profiles. Our facilities are located in municipalities in Stockholm County that have implemented choice reforms.

We believe in the individual's right to choose and want to offer clear concepts, such as animals & nature, hotel concepts, all-inclusive, well-being, and/or language profiles.

Wallinska has 38 residents, 30 somatic and 8 dementia. We are a unit with a caring environment, where we care for the residents and each other. We wish for all staff to have a genuine interest in doing their best for our elderly.

We are now looking for several skilled nursing assistants who want to fill in during the summer at Wallinska. Working hours between 75-100%. The period may vary depending on preferences. The greatest need will be from midsummer to mid-August.

Job Responsibilities At Kavat Vård, we have a strong community and together we strive to live up to our values every day in both our interactions with residents and in leadership and teamwork. As a nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful everyday life for the residents are important parts of the job.

Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title and who has experience working in elderly care. We place great importance on interaction, communication, and contact management, so it is very important that you have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

All our documentation is done in the Safe Doc journal system, so good computer skills are necessary.

Vaccination Requirements Employees hired at Kavat Vård must be vaccinated against Covid.

To protect our elderly and other risk groups, you need to be Covid vaccinated. We will ask to see your Covid certificate during the interview.

Background Checks We conduct background checks on all individuals before an employment offer is made.
