About Villa Agadir We create a home with a focus on quality of life where our residents guide and shape the operations. Villa Agadir consists of 54 apartments spread over three floors with common areas such as a living room, banquet hall, and large lovely balconies. Outside Villa Agadir, there are beautiful walking paths and a garden area with a greenhouse and several seating areas.

Villa Agadir is located in a pleasant newly built residential area in Dalenum on Lidingö. The Lidingöbanan from Ropsten takes just under 10 minutes and stops at station AGA. From there, it is only a few minutes' walk to Villa Agadir. If you have a car, you have free parking right outside Villa Agadir.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! You have the wonderful opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
