Vårdliljan is looking for a licensed nurse to join our home care team in Hässelby! We offer a stimulating and meaningful job with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care measures, contact with other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as direct and phone contact with patients and relatives.

Background

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as a nursing assistant in home care before becoming a licensed nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels engaged in your professional practice. It is also important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience in the services Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and want you to identify with Vårdliljan's values, which are engagement, logistics, integrity, teamwork, empathy, and innovation.

About Vårdliljan

Vårdliljan was founded in 2003 and has since grown steadily. Our areas of operation include basic home care and nursing interventions during on-call hours within elderly care and LSS. We have a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna and offer wellness grants. In our team, we have a very good atmosphere, where we engage in each other's work and support each other when we need help.
