The Social Administration in Örkelljunga municipality consists of social services, elderly care, municipal health and medical care, care for people with disabilities, and preventive functions. We are organized into a preventive unit, a regulatory unit, and an implementation unit. Our guiding principle is teamwork, utilizing the strength of the small municipality to work closely together in short decision-making paths for an efficient organization and a service-oriented perspective.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is a fixed-term project employment that involves mapping staffing and vulnerabilities based on crisis and preparedness during heightened readiness. Review of routines and structures to improve the work environment. This includes, among other things, reviewing and managing:

  • Sick leave and rehabilitation measures
  • Strengthening health factors
  • Support in recruitment and support for managers
  • Project managing various initiatives within crisis and preparedness
  • Working on the development and updates of routines to create a good work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in behavioral science
  • Experience of at least 2 years working with staffing and recruitment
  • Driving license B
