About the position

As a Consultant Manager with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from advertising and selection to placement. You will also be an important link between our clients and consultants, where you work with personnel administration, payroll management, development conversations, and rehabilitation cases, as well as driving sales.

Your main responsibilities

Drive recruitment processes and match the right candidate with the right assignment
Manage personnel matters and HR administration
Develop existing client relationships and actively pursue new clients.
Act as a leader and role model for our consultants and support them in their development
Handle administration, planning, and ensure high-quality delivery.

As you will be working with consultants and clients in logistics, industry, and office settings, we prefer that you have a B driver's license and access to your own car.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, good local knowledge, and experience in the staffing industry. You thrive in a role where you can be both strategic and operational, and you have administrative experience as well as an understanding of finance. It is an advantage if you have a relevant degree or previous experience in the industry. You should be engaged and motivated to deliver results while valuing collaboration and a good team spirit. As a leader, you are a role model who inspires and contributes to high consultant satisfaction through your commitment and presence. Fluent spoken and written Swedish is required.
