Your Mission

We are now looking for a qualified childcare worker for our preschool. As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that ensures the daily operations of the preschool run smoothly, and that care and daily educational work are integrated into a whole. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment, in accordance with Montessori pedagogy, for each child and for the entire group.

In your interactions with guardians, you maintain good communication and act professionally and service-oriented. As a childcare worker with us, you operate in accordance with Montessori pedagogy, the curriculum, set goals, policies, and guidelines.

With proven Montessori pedagogy and modern methods, we ensure that students achieve their goals while learning to take responsibility and trust in their own abilities.

Profile

You have experience and education in working with children, and experience with Montessori pedagogy is an advantage. As a person, you need to be responsible, flexible, positive, cooperative, and above all, enjoy working with people.

Additional Information

The position is a fixed-term employment at 100% from April 14 to June 19, 2025.
