I am an active and engaged person. I live my life according to my own values and wishes, and therefore I am looking for an assistant who is alert and adaptable and who can see what assistance I need at the moment. I am now looking for you who want to become that assistant for me, but also become one of my Team Leaders.

As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in leading and supporting the work group, creating a good work environment, and ensuring that the assistance runs smoothly. You need to have experience in leading a group and feel confident in making decisions and distributing tasks. Having a structured and solution-oriented approach is an advantage, as is the ability to inspire and engage your colleagues. It is important that you see this as a long-term role where you want to contribute to a stable and positive work environment.

Who are you?
You are secure and empathetic and have the ability to understand my life and my needs, whether it is days when life is good or days with more challenges. You have a good sense of humor and enjoy small talk. Clear communication is crucial for me in all situations, so it is very important that you speak fluent Swedish to avoid misunderstandings that can create anxiety. You have experience from personal assistance within NPF or equivalent, are completely smoke-free, have a driver's license, and can accompany me on my travels without any problems.

Who am I?
I live in my own apartment in Enskede and am active within the Association JAG. My social life is filled with wonderful moments with family and friends. I love to train and be active, but I also appreciate quiet moments to relax. Music in all its forms, movie nights, learning new things, and spending time with my friends are some of my favorite activities. During the day, I work at a daily activity in Globen, where my assistants are always with me. During my free periods, I enjoy traveling!

What does the position look like?
As an assistant, you will be employed on a schedule, and we have the opportunity to adjust the employment rate according to your wishes. In your application, please indicate what extent you are interested in:

• 32 hours/week
• 38 hours/week

The working hours are varied and may include day, evening, night shifts (awake) as well as weekend work. Your role as a Team Leader will be in addition to the schedule that forms the basis for your employment as an assistant. Since the team leader responsibility is a particularly extended assignment, a responsibility supplement will be paid as compensation. Start date will be agreed upon.
