We are looking for two dedicated resources who can work in several of our group and service residences within LSS in Södermalm.

In the executing units, we work based on the user's participation and influence in their daily life. Stockholm City’s quality program and the focus on Stockholmers are the foundation of all the work we do.

You will be part of workgroups with motivated colleagues. In this role, you will step in where the need is greatest, giving you the opportunity to meet different people and environments. You will be based in a core activity with scheduled shifts, morning, evening, sleeping on-call, and every other weekend. Your role

The foundation is the LSS law and other legislation within social work. You will work based on the assignment description for support assistants within the unit. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Follow the district's and unit's guidelines, routines, and policies.
• Document in Parasol
• Participate actively in staff meetings, APT, and planning days.
• Be a professional health creator
• Work independently and in a team

Your competence and experience

We prefer that you have relevant education as a support assistant or equivalent, such as the nursing program with a focus on LSS. Knowledge in AAC, Low Arousal Approach, Motivational Interviewing, and autism is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in social documentation is a plus. The work is social and involves many contacts. This means you should have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
