Personal Qualities:

We are looking for a counselor who has a strong commitment and who always actively works to ensure that all students succeed and feel good. You need to be flexible, have an easy time collaborating, and have a genuine interest in the student. You will work closely with students on an individual basis while also taking a holistic view from both a group and organizational perspective.

As a counselor at Dibber International Sollentuna, you will primarily work with preventive student health efforts in close collaboration with the rest of the student health team and the school's teachers, as well as with students and their guardians.

You are never alone with challenges and questions. The openness among employees is great, and we share a common responsibility for our students.

In addition to preventive student health work, you will also need to help and support students with various everyday problems that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Degree in social work or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of counselor, you need to build trust with the students, which means you need to be stable and secure as a person. You should also be communicative and have a good ability to conduct structured and motivating conversations with the students.

Job Design:

The position is a 6-month probationary employment with the possibility of a permanent full-time position.
