Who are we?

We work within the Adult Area where we have our open care but also deal with addiction, domestic violence, and financial assistance.

You will be part of our team of two social workers in open care who work with housing in our trial and training apartments (FOT). We assist clients in our FOT to manage their housing and follow their work plans with social services. Our goal is for our clients to have a chance to take over their FOT apartment!

We are an experienced staff group that is in an exciting development phase where you and your experiences can make a difference.

Your role

Standard tasks for social workers. We support and motivate our clients to achieve their goals. Right now, we are focusing extra on ensuring that residents in FOT comply with rental laws, i.e., pay their rent on time and maintain their homes well. That electricity bills and home insurance are paid regularly. And that they follow their work plans in other respects, e.g., managing care and authority contacts, job searching, etc.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for an engaged, structured, and flexible colleague. A strong advantage if you have completed a social work degree and have MI training. If you have also worked with FOT apartments before, that is even better!

Our clients have a history of substance abuse and/or mental health variations. You need to feel comfortable with these target groups for them to feel comfortable letting you into their lives.

What do we offer you?

With us in the adult area, you will receive an introduction and the opportunity to shadow a colleague. Within open care, you will have an experienced group leader, dedicated team colleagues, clear routines, and a lot of support at work. The group leader and manager will follow up regularly and help you assess and prioritize. In open care, we also work with horizontal feedback in reflective teams, and receive regular internal supervision from our own MI coach. We also have external supervision regularly. We have flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work, as well as offering wellness grants.
