We are now looking for an experienced team leader for an assignment in Sundbyberg.

Your main task will be to be a personal assistant, but you will also be available to support colleagues, mentor, and report to the Assignment Manager. You will be the link between the client, assistants, and the Assignment Manager.

We see that you have extensive experience working as a personal assistant and have held a similar role before. To succeed in your role, we also see that you are social, solution-oriented, meticulous, and flexible to step in at short notice for vacant shifts.

The client has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which causes chronic pain, hypermobility, joint dislocations, and muscle cramps. Due to limited mobility, assistance is needed with everything from cleaning to cooking.

The client also has PTSD and anxiety issues, so knowledge of such diagnoses is an advantage.

In the home, there is a very well-trained Belgian Malinois who is a very important part of the client's life; therefore, experience with dogs is a merit.

You must be able to speak and understand Swedish or English fluently.
