Working hours vary Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. So you must be able to work within that range.

We are looking for several support workers in social psychiatry who can start immediately at 50-100%.

We work at our clients' homes and have agreements with the city of Stockholm, so the workplace varies in different municipal administrations belonging to Stockholm. Support is an intervention according to SOL.

Job responsibilities:

Working as a support worker means supporting, motivating, and helping based on the individual's needs so that they can live as independently as possible. The support is provided in or outside the home depending on the approved interventions.

The tasks are varied, and as a support worker, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods during the day, depending on which client you meet.

Common tasks include providing support to clients during contacts with authorities and doctors, as well as assisting in everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and structure, shopping and errands, technical issues, and financial tasks.

EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, have completed child and leisure, health and care programs, social work, or equivalent education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

It is not enough to have good knowledge of the Swedish language. You must have advanced skills in both spoken and written language as we work a lot with authority contacts and collaboration with other actors.
