We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 36-year-old guy in Älvsjö. He has autism, ADHD, CP disability, and a mild intellectual disability. He uses a power wheelchair outdoors and a small electric wheelchair at home and needs help in his daily life with dressing, hygiene, meals, and standing in his standing frame. He has been training at a gym for the disabled for 20 years and enjoys exercise, diet, and health. In his free time, he likes to go out and visit castles, take a walk in Djurgården, have a nice coffee, or just relax at home by his computer and listen to music.

The position is a part-time job averaging 20 hours per week, where you have the opportunity to specify in your application how you prefer to distribute your shifts. In the afternoons and weekends, there is double assistance, and during the summer, there is a chance to work more if desired. This assumes that everything goes well during the training period and that you enjoy working together, as a good personal chemistry and security in the job are crucial for a long-term collaboration.

If you are studying at a university or college, this could be an excellent job to combine with your studies! We prefer that you are a guy between 20 and 40 years old who enjoys being active and likes to move around. If you also have an interest in health and fitness, that is a big plus, as our client shares this interest. Since clear communication is crucial in the job, it is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. To create a healthy work environment, it is also important that you are smoke-free and thrive in an environment where we care about well-being and health.

• Start date: By agreement.
• Employment rate: Part-time, with the possibility of working more during the summer if desired.
• Contract: Introduction shifts and about a month of hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Shifts: Full day/afternoon or evening.
