About the Position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Täby. We offer two positions as on-call substitutes, with the possibility of permanent employment.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- 04:00 PM - 09:00 AM (9 hours of standby during the night)
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.
About the Client
The client is an energetic man in his 60s living in Täby. He has a great interest in taking care of his home while wearing his carpenter pants during the day, as well as a passion for cooking. He has previously suffered a stroke and has no communicative speech, and therefore needs assistance in his daily life.
The tasks include the following:
- Helping with daily routines such as household chores
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Lift assistance is required during transfers (manual wheelchair is available as well as an adapted home)
Are you the one the client is looking for?
As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, proactive, and have a drive to learn to communicate with the client. Additionally, you have an interest in precision and are organized, as well as handy at home so that you can also assist the client in this area. Personal suitability is of great importance.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
- Experience as a personal assistant
- Professional experience with brain injury
Merits:
- Professional experience with aphasia
Employment Rate: 2 on-call substitutes as needed, with the possibility of permanent employment
Start Date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
