What We Do and Want

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our service housing for people with disabilities combined with mental health issues.

In a service apartment, residents live in their own apartment near the service facility and manage most parts of daily living independently. In the workplace, one often works alone, meaning that even though there are colleagues, they rarely work simultaneously. This places high demands on the collaboration and communication skills of the person we are looking for.

The staff is based at the service facility where there are on-call rooms, offices, and common areas.

About the Positions

The operations are based on LSS, and the support is based on individually designed implementation plans. Support in the operations can be both practical and social in nature and takes place both in the residents' apartments and out in the community.

In addition to the practical work with the target group, administrative tasks such as social documentation and incident management are also included.

The work also involves simpler medical tasks that require delegation from a nurse associated with the operation.

The positions involve irregular working hours during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call duty. On-call duty means that you sleep at the workplace, according to Appendix J in the General Regulations.

Who Are You?

You who are applying should have a high school education, and it is an advantage if you have relevant education for the operational area, such as preschool teacher, caregiver, nursing assistant, or ongoing university education in social work.

It is also an advantage if you have knowledge in MI, clear pedagogy, low-arousal approach, and psychiatry. Since the work places high demands on communication and includes administrative tasks, you need to master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

We are looking for engaged, confident, and attentive individuals who are over 18 years old. You who are applying should understand that working with this target group places high demands on flexibility and adaptability regarding both tasks and interactions. We would also like you to have experience with the target group.
