At Unike Preschools, we have a total of 10 preschools. Five in Nacka, four in Tyresö, and one in Vimmerby. We are now looking for substitute teachers for our preschools in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka.

We believe in supporting children's curiosity and coming together around common concerns.

The preschools Pilen and Fyren are located in independent premises with large associated yards in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka. The preschools are inspired by Reggio Emilia, and the children should have rich opportunities to explore, reflect on, and describe their surroundings. Both preschools have their own chef who prepares meals from scratch.

Job Responsibilities

At Unike Preschools, we are looking for several substitutes who can step in at short notice in our preschools in Saltsjöbaden. The exact times you will work will vary and are often determined with little advance notice.

We are looking for someone who has an interest in and preferably experience working with children aged 1-5 years.

You are expected to perform the daily tasks that the absent regular staff usually carry out, as well as assist with everyday chores.

Your responsibility is to provide good care and ensure the children's safety in daily work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in children and their development.

The work as a substitute consists of many meetings with both children, guardians, and colleagues, so it is important that you have an approach and demeanor that aligns well with the preschool's values.

You are a reliable and responsible person who finds it easy to build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Experience and/or education in childcare is a plus.

You must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is important that you are adaptable as you may need to step in and work at short notice, and that you can easily collaborate with others and have the ability to see what needs to be done.
