About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our child client living in Enskede. We are currently seeking several assistants for varying degrees of employment.

1 part-time position awake night approx. 70%, 10 night shifts/month, weekends included.

1 position for evenings approx. 1-2 weekdays and some weekends.

2 positions as substitutes as needed during the absence of regular assistants.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.
• Lifting may occur during transfers.
• Play.
• Accompany on activities.

Working hours with the boy:

• 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (weekdays).
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (weekends).
• 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (weekends).
• 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (awake night weekdays).
• 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (awake night weekends).

About the client

The boy is 11 years old and needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and muscular dystrophy. He lives with his mother, and there are 2 cats in the home, so you cannot be allergic. Some days of the month, the boy is in short-term care without an assistant.

Are you the one we are looking for:

You are a person with great responsibility and sensitivity towards children with disabilities. You must be punctual and responsible and able to take both written and verbal directives to create a sense of security. You are responsible, empathetic, humble, and have retained your childlike spirit.

For our client to feel comfortable with you, you need to be a positive, warm, secure, and attentive person with a lot of patience. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as comprehension.
• To be considered for the night position, you must have worked nights before.
• Non-smoker.
• Not allergic to pets.
• Professional experience working with children with disabilities.

Scope: 1 night position 70%, 10 night shifts per month. 1 evening position 1-2 shifts on weekdays and 1 weekend per month. 2 positions as substitutes as needed.

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
