About the position

I am now looking for one more personal assistant. I live in Nacka, Fisksätra with my partner and my animals. I am a 35-year-old woman.

I am looking for a flexible assistant who can step in at short notice when my regular assistants cannot work.

As my assistant, the most important thing is that our personal chemistry matches; the rest you will learn. My biggest interests are travel and animals! Who are you? It is good if you have an interest and knowledge about animals, and that you are NOT allergic or afraid of cats, chinchillas, rabbits, or degus. Also, hay/grass allergies are not acceptable here. You should be confident in yourself, self-driven, able to take responsibility and initiative. You will need to be my starter motor and get me going, suggest things to do during the day, and remind me about meals, medication, and bathroom visits. It is important that you are open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathetic. You need to have an understanding of how emotional needs are connected to assistance. Previous experience as a personal assistant is welcome but not required. It is good if you have experience with EIPS/Borderline. You should be a woman between 25-50 years old and speak fluent Swedish, as communication is very important. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry as the interaction between you and me is the most important part of the job.

This also includes taking care of the animals.

Working hours and employment degree: Shifts are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. We are looking for someone who can work as a part-time employee to begin with. If you are the right person and our personal chemistry matches, there is a chance for fixed shifts of up to 18 hours a week. Shifts are scheduled partially or fully between 09:00-00:00 and shorter shifts on weekends.

The work is performed where I am; sometimes I travel, and I would like you as my assistant to accompany me.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreement.

Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.
