What distinguishes Frilufts Förskolor's operations is that they are conducted with outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gatherings, play, creative activities, etc. outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children are grouped by age into Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers.

All children at Frilufts Förskolor get plenty of time for play in which the educators participate, inspire, guide, and observe, and last but not least – have fun together with the children!

Everything we do is based on the guiding words Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Qualifications:

• You are a person who is committed, proactive, and responsible.
• In addition to being a proactive educator, we see that your interest in nature and outdoor life is at a level that motivates yourself and inspires the children as well as your colleagues.
• We expect you to be familiar with the curriculum and possess knowledge of pedagogical documentation.
• You should have the ability to see the individual child's and the group's needs and, together with your colleagues, create an environment that promotes both the children's development and learning.
• It is important that you want to help develop the operations and the children's group forward together with your colleagues in ways that lead to the children's creativity, creation, and learning being enhanced.
• It is also important that you enjoy working outdoors. We provide work clothes for all seasons.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active since 1993. We operate 10 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, safety, job satisfaction, and close to management.
