Are you a preschool teacher who wants to work in small groups with short decision-making paths at a small, family-oriented preschool? Then we have the position for you! At Föräldrakooperativet Trollebo in Trollbäcken, Tyresö municipality, we are looking for a cheerful, positive, and dedicated educator who wants to be part of our wonderful team during a temporary position for the school year 2025/2026 starting in August.

With us, we work together to create a safe and inspiring environment where children can develop at their own pace. We value close collaboration between departments and with guardians, creating a community where everyone contributes to the operation. We enjoy and have fun at work – laughter is rarely far away!

About us

Förskolan Trollebo is a parent cooperative where we together create an operation with high quality and significant participation. We have five departments with a total of 56 children and a dedicated team consisting of preschool teachers, childcare workers, and a chef. Our pedagogical work is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where we see children as competent and curious. We work as co-researchers and encourage children's exploration through open questions and stimulating environments.

Who are you?

We are looking for a childcare worker who is energetic, cheerful, and positive, and who finds it easy to build good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians. You are attentive, unpretentious, and have a high ability to collaborate. You see the positive aspects of collegial learning and are happy to take your own initiatives. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our community and contribute to a joyful learning experience for our children. For the right person, education is not a requirement, but experience is desired.
