About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at approximately 45% or 85% for our client in Saltsjö-Boo.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- 04:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a 19-year-old girl who lives with her family and dog in Nacka. She enjoys taking walks, going to the movies, having coffee, and meeting her friends. As a personal assistant, you will also accompany the client to school. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has severe autism and an intellectual disability.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist with daily routines and continuous supervision
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. You are an empathetic person and find it easy to understand other people's life situations. It is also important that you are calm as a person. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female assistants by her side.
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant
- Must be non-smoker
- Must tolerate pets as the client has a dog
Merits:
- Access to a car
- Experience with autism
- Experience with intellectual disabilities
Employment rate: 1 position at 45%, 1 position at 85%
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
