About the position 

We at Bonzi are now looking for 3 new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants on an hourly basis for our client living in Bagarmossen. You need to be flexible to work varying hours mainly during the day and evening in the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Lifting may occur during transfers
• Accompany on activities 

The position involves varying shifts scheduled as follows:

• 07:00-15:00
• 11:00-19:00
• 15:00-21:00
• 09:00-18:00 (weekends)
• 12:00-21:00 (weekends)
• 21:00-08:30 (awake night weekdays)
• 21:00-10:00 (awake night weekends)

About the client

The client is a man in his 25s with a great interest in music, concerts, going on trips, and exercising. He needs your help in his daily life as he has Autism and CP disability 

Are you the one we are looking for:

We and our client believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to the needs of others. As a person, you are empathetic, socially perceptive, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable. You are a good team player since our client has double assistance during the day and evening. You cannot be allergic as there are pets in the home. 

If you are also a person who easily understands other people's life situations, you have all the opportunities to become a good assistant.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in communication support 
• Professional experience as a personal assistant 
• Professional experience with the client's disability
• Creative and artistic skills 

Requirements:

• Physically strong as manual transfers occur 
• Not allergic to pets
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and understanding 

Scope: 3 substitutes as needed

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements
