We are looking for a group manager for Kyrkbackens group home LSS with 6 places in Tungelsta, for a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. The job involves working both day, evening, and weekend shifts based on a needs-based schedule. We offer leadership programs and several benefits.

The operation is located in Tungelsta, Haninge and has been run on behalf of Haninge municipality since 2009. Kyrkbacken: At the group home, six individuals belonging to LSS, person group 1, reside. The residents are men and women aged 25 to 85 years. The house includes a garden with apple trees, a large patio, and a gazebo. The residents have their own apartments and terraces, but most enjoy socializing and spending time in the common bright areas and having coffee and barbecues in the garden during the summer.

It is easy to reach Tungelsta by car, bus, or train.

The group home is close to nature, with nearby walking paths, forests, and horse pastures.

About the role As a group manager, you will work both in the operation and administratively. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working climate in the group every day. You provide your team with the conditions to maintain good relationships with the operation's clients and relatives by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operation in accordance with Nytida's pedagogical framework. As a Group Manager, you report to the operations manager.

Your experience and knowledge You have post-secondary or higher education in care and social services and experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in various forms of cognitive support, low-arousal approaches, and experience in leadership.

You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping individuals in your group grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the will and ability to steer and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are proactive and responsive to the needs of the clients and have a natural respect for other people.
