We are looking for an engaged and experienced treatment assistant for our HVB home for girls. We work with youth aged 13-17 years.

A temporary position from April 1, 2025, for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a treatment assistant at Anero, you support the youth in their individual development based on their action plan. You provide professional support in daily life, participate in social planning, and act as a contact person for schools, community activities, social networks, social services, and guardians. You also work towards the goal of fostering independence and a meaningful leisure time.

Your tasks include planning, treatment, and follow-up in the treatment work for the youth. Other tasks include documentation, external contacts, and practical work with the youth.

The work involves scheduled hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements include a post-secondary education as a social worker or behavioral scientist. Previous experience working with children and/or youth with neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage.

Knowledge of motivational interviewing, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), environmental therapy, and good documentation skills according to applicable laws and regulations are also advantageous.

A valid B driver's license is a requirement for employment.
