About the position We are currently seeking personal assistants for a wheelchair-bound man living in Hässelby Strand. The positions are hourly employment as needed and during the absence of regular staff. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, various transfers, heavier lifting, assisting with various household chores such as cooking and laundry, personal hygiene, helping with training, and being available as needed. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00-13:45, on both weekdays and weekends.
• 17:00-21:00, on both weekdays and weekends.

About the client This client has a great interest in music, and music is often played in his home. He also enjoys fishing. We see it as a positive if you share these interests with him. About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. With this particular client, it is also important that you are calm, stable, and secure in yourself. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This can become decisive in the final selection. Requirements:

• Can manage various transfers,
• Are not allergic to pets,
• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you

• Have experience in care and assistance or personal assistance,
• Are calm, stable, and secure in yourself.
