We work based on the needs of our target groups within individual and family care, disability care, and elderly care, so that the residents of Haninge can live an independent life. We focus on results and what creates value for those we serve. Welcome to us!
Welcome to develop with us. The contact service has escort, relief, and contact person assignments for children, adolescents, and adults under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons) as well as for adults under SoL (the Social Services Act).
Your assignment
We are currently looking for a Russian-Swedish speaking female relief worker for a 9-year-old boy in Brandbergen.
As a relief worker, you will work closely with families in their homes. You will relieve parents or relatives of a child or youth with disabilities so they can carry out tasks and activities independently or together with other family members.
The purpose of the intervention is to give parents or relatives time for the rest of the family, activities, or recovery.
The assignment includes 6 hours per month and involves care needs such as dressing and assistance with toilet visits. The boy understands Russian but does not speak much himself.
What we are looking for in you
You have good knowledge of both Swedish and Russian.
It is a plus if you have experience with autism and intellectual disabilities (ID).
As a person, you are empathetic, reliable, and passionate about helping others. You are responsible, can take initiative, and can work independently. Since you will be working in close relationships, it is important that you have a long-term perspective for the assignment.
You do not need any special education to be a relief worker. However, a strong commitment, a love for children, and the ability to build good relationships with others are required.
Compensation
Being a relief worker is a social intervention where you receive hourly compensation.
How does it work?
Submit your application via the link. Before you can start an assignment, a contact secretary will conduct an investigation of you through an interview, reference checks, and a police record extract.
Welcome with your application! In this recruitment, we have already made our choices of advertising channels and partners. We kindly but firmly decline any form of assistance with recruitment from external actors.
