This employment form is flexible and means you will have the opportunity to work at several different preschools as a substitute in Haninge. You should be available for work at least 2 days a week starting immediately. Working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays and regulated based on your availability.

The assignment means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at various preschools within Haninge municipality as a consultant/substitute.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified childcare worker or preschool teacher. You may have completed the child and leisure program in high school, or you are a preschool or teacher student looking to gain practical experience.
• Approved high school diploma and the ability to reach preschools at short notice.
• Previous experience working in preschool. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with children with certain difficulties. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!
• As a person, you should have good collaboration skills and clear communication.
• To fit the role of a substitute, you should have an interest in pedagogical work and be calm, stable, and empathetic. It is important that you are good at building relationships with both children and adults and that you give a trustworthy impression.
