About the Position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis for a female student in her 30s with a physical disability living in Farsta.

The work varies in pace according to the client's needs and daily life, so it is important that you are attentive to the client's needs, but also comfortable taking a more passive role.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to work varying hours during weekdays and weekends, and on-call shifts may occur. If you can also work during the summer, that is an additional merit.

Furthermore, our client is only looking for female assistants.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with practical tasks in daily routines such as household chores.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and undressing.
• Physical lifting is required during transfers, so you must be physically strong.
• Your workplace is where the client is located.

The Position Involves Shifts with Varying Hours During Weekdays and Weekends:

• Varying hours during weekdays and weekends.
• From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• From 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM (sleeping on-call with 5 hours waiting time).

About You: You are solution-focused, inventive, proactive, have a good sense of intuition, a strong work ethic, and are flexible.

It is not a requirement that you have worked as a personal assistant before; the most important thing is that the chemistry is right, and you will learn the rest as long as there is interest.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Not allergic to pets
• Flexible to work varying hours
• Ability to work on-call shifts
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience in personal assistance is not required but is a merit
• Driver's license
• Experience with horses, perhaps you ride yourself

Scope: 1-3 substitutes as needed. If you can also work during the summer, that is an additional merit.

Start Date: Immediately, interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
