About the position

I am now looking for one more personal assistant. I live in Nacka, Fisksätra with my partner and my pets. I am a 35-year-old woman.

I am looking for a flexible assistant who can step in at short notice when my regular assistants are unable to work.

As my assistant, the most important thing is that our personal chemistry matches, the rest you will learn. My biggest interests are travel and animals! Who are you? It is beneficial if you have an interest and knowledge about animals, and that you are NOT allergic or afraid of cats, chinchillas, rabbits, or degu. Grass/hay allergies are also not acceptable. You should be confident, self-driven, able to take responsibility and initiative. You will need to be my starter motor and get me going, come up with suggestions for activities during the day, and remind me about meals, medication, and bathroom visits. It is important that you are open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathetic. You need to understand how emotional needs relate to assistance. Previous experience as a personal assistant is welcome but not required. Experience with EIPS/Borderline is a plus. You should be a woman between 25-50 years old and speak fluent Swedish, as communication is very important. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry as the interaction between you and me is the most important aspect of the job.

This also includes taking care of the animals.

Working hours and employment rate: Shifts are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. We are looking for someone who can work as a part-time employee initially. If you are the right person and our personal chemistry matches, there is a chance for fixed shifts of up to 18 hours a week. Shifts are scheduled partially or fully between 09:00-00:00 and shorter shifts on weekends.

The work is performed wherever I am; sometimes I travel, and I would like you as my assistant to accompany me.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage as agreed, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: As soon as possible, as agreed.
