About the position

At Bonzi, we are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants on an as-needed basis for our client living in Solna. As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacation or illness. If you can also work during the summer of 2025, that is an extra merit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Social interaction
• Accompany during training

The position involves shifts scheduled as follows:

• 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM weekdays (6 hours of waiting time)
• 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM weekends
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 AM weekends (6 hours of waiting time)

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s with a great interest in training, dance, and music. She needs your help with most of her daily activities and communicates her needs through body language, sounds, and symbols. She can support herself on her legs and can move short distances independently, so there are no manual transfers involved. On weekdays, she attends a daily activity program without an assistant.

Are you the one we are looking for:

As a person, you are responsible, energetic, self-driven, and have a good view of humanity. You are positive, attentive, and flexible, and you have a strong physique as you will accompany the client during her training.

You maintain a calm demeanor and are confident in everything you do, as well as being proactive. You have good social skills, are meticulous and responsible, and have a positive attitude. Experience in care is a merit but not a requirement.

It is a merit if you have:

• Professional experience in care and support
• Professional experience as a personal assistant

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Physically strong
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Scope: 1-2 substitutes as needed

Start: Immediate, interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
