Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to a smooth everyday life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Wants to work with a woman in her 50s living in Märsta
• Has basic cooking skills
• Is in good physical shape

It is also advantageous if you:

• Have experience in similar work
• Can speak Polish

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and we are looking for a personal assistant who can work 63%. The shifts are distributed as 8:00-8:00, 20:00-8:00, or 8:00-20:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
