About the role For us, it is important that you as a unit manager want to be active and close to the operations. This is a prerequisite for you to be able to nurture and develop relationships with employees, participants in daily activities, relatives, and authorities. By being close to the operations, you can also ensure that the company's values, the pedagogical framework, and applicable legislation are followed in your operations. You both want and have the ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You have budget and result responsibility and report to the operations manager and are part of their management team.

About Backlöksvägen Backlöksvägen is a daily activity according to LSS that caters to participants with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and intellectual disabilities. The unit has space for 20 participants. The unit has a staff group that has extensive experience with the target group, and many have worked in the operations for a long time. The unit is located in an old preschool with a nice yard outside, making it easy to spend a lot of time outdoors!

Active leadership To succeed as a manager and leader with us requires an active leadership based on our values. Therefore, we train all managers through Lära's leadership program. A leadership that creates motivation and engagement among our employees. You are proactive and attentive to the needs of customers and have a natural respect for other people.

Your experience and knowledge We are looking for someone with a relevant university education in care and social services (e.g., social worker, social care) and experience in care operations. You have at least two years of documented experience in management roles and good references regarding leadership.

You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working towards set goals. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
