Lidingö Montessori Preschool offers a warm and stimulating environment where we follow the children's curiosity and desire to learn. We work according to Maria Montessori's pedagogy and the Curriculum for Preschool, placing great emphasis on creating a safe and harmonious everyday life for our children.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Be part of an engaged team that works based on Montessori pedagogy and Lpfö18.
• Support and guide the children in their daily learning and development.
• Create an inspiring and safe environment where children can explore and develop at their own pace.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians to promote the best interests of the children.

We are looking for someone who:

*Is a qualified preschool teacher with at least three years of experience working in preschool.

*Has knowledge of or interest in Montessori pedagogy.

*Is responsible, attentive, and has a warm approach to children.

*Thrives in a small, family-like environment where everyone helps each other.

*Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
