About the Job

AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region has been operating since 2003. We are currently established in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region consists of personal assistance, respite care, escort services, housing support, and supported living.

We are now looking for staff on an as-needed basis for our client in Bandhagen. The client is a man who requires assistance around the clock and needs help with all care, suctioning, cooking, cleaning, and more. He has a spinal cord injury that leaves him without any function in his lower extremities as well as in his hands and arms. The shifts are scheduled throughout the day and night, and we are looking for individuals who can work during the day, evening, and awake night shifts. More information about the client will be provided during the interview.

To provide the best assistance to our clients, we believe you should be attentive and have a good understanding of what good service means for our clients. You should be passionate about helping others, doing your utmost to ensure the client receives the help they need. You should be responsible and humble, confident in yourself, and proficient in the Swedish language. Our clients have different needs, but all require support in their daily lives.
