Personal Assistants Wanted

We are looking for several new personal assistants for our autistic clients.

Your Profile:

• You are social and have an easy time collaborating with me and your colleagues.
• We work a lot with a focus on interaction, and we value experience in working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behavior, as well as the ability to handle these situations in a long-term and solution-oriented manner.
• You are present, secure, and possess patience and humor. You are passionate about ensuring that our clients' lives are filled with quality.
• You are active and proactive, and a master at thinking outside the box. You have a strong interest and experience in autism and intellectual disabilities - preferably with an interest in special education.
• You are a person who is physically active and in good shape.
• You understand the importance of integrity and respect towards the client. To work with me, you need to understand and speak fluent Swedish.
• You are a non-smoker.

It is great if you can work a large part of the summer as well as at all times of the day for several of our clients in Stockholm.

Working hours vary, but you should be flexible and able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
