About the position: Bonzi is looking for several reliable personal assistants for a 3-year-old boy in Fisksätra. The boy has a lifelong disability both motorically and in communication and behavior, with a significant need for care. It is advantageous if you have worked with children with disabilities.

For the boy to thrive with you, you need to be a positive, warm, and secure person with a lot of patience. Furthermore, we would like you to be a creative person who enjoys coming up with activities together with the boy that benefit his development.

Your tasks will include:

• Being with the boy in preschool on weekdays
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Activities

The position involves shifts with varying working hours on weekdays and weekends:

Weekdays from 07:00 to 15:30. From 15:30 to 22:00.

Weekends from 08:00 to 15:00. From 15:00 to 22:00

About you

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see the needs of others. As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable.

If you are someone who can easily empathize with other people's life situations, you have every opportunity to become a good assistant. You need to be physically strong as lifting is included.

It is advantageous if you have:

A qualification focused on children, or a qualification related to children with disabilities, or within healthcare and social care or pedagogy. Previous experience working as a personal assistant is advantageous. If you also have experience with feeding tubes, that is an extra plus.

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets
• Physically strong
• As a substitute, be flexible with shifts on weekdays and weekends as needed
• Be able to work during the summer of 2025

This assignment requires an understanding of working in a home with several siblings and considering other family members.

Scope: Several positions with varying degrees of employment. Substitute as needed, fixed weekend shifts, and summer substitutes.

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
