We provide family treatment, intensive investigations, care investigations, training apartments for youth, specially qualified contact persons, emergency services, and foster homes as well as special interventions.
The Open Care Unit for Youth offers the social services a qualified, experienced, and flexible support in complex cases concerning youth.
Deltagruppen has framework agreements with several districts of Stockholm City as well as many of the surrounding municipalities. As an employee, you also have constant access to experienced supervisors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking staff for our HVB operations. As a treatment pedagogue, you will be part of a team with several colleagues. In your role as a treatment pedagogue, you support and guide young people who may be in a risk zone such as issues with crime, drugs, psychosocial problems, neuropsychiatric disabilities, destructive behavior, and mental health issues. Your main task is to work closely and together with the youth to help them achieve their goals. Together, the assignment is shaped based on each individual's specific needs.
You will plan and document the work based on the assignment from the social services.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is driven and has a strong commitment to children and youth. You are structured, responsible, solution-focused, and flexible, with great emphasis on the latter two. You should have the ability to remain calm and handle conflicts in a solution-focused manner and accommodate the various emotional states of the youth, being available for them when needed.
This position requires you to be social and have a positive attitude. You will need to collaborate with other external actors such as schools, police, youth centers, volunteer organizations, etc.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an education as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent education with at least 2 years of experience with the target group and similar work.
- Has previous experience working with youth, preferably in HVB.
- Holds a B driver's license
- Has the ability to work flexibly
- Has knowledge of current legislation and the BBIC structure and a solid interest and experience in documentation work
The work takes place partly in the evenings, during the day, and some weekends. The work shift includes sleeping on call or awake night shifts.
