About us

On behalf of Nacka Municipality, Humana operates two residential services: Ametisten Norra and Ametisten Södra. The services consist of two independent villas located next to each other near Orminge center in Nacka Municipality.

The services are intended as group housing in accordance with the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). The target group for the services is individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions.

About the position

We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our Ametisten Södra service. This job ad is for a fixed-term employment. As a residential support worker, you will work with individuals who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing individual support, care, and service interventions

- Planning and carrying out activities with the client

- Performing delegated health and medical tasks.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have:

- Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist

- Experience from similar services

- Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a significant part of the job.
