To work with me, you must be: non-smoking, have a driver's license, and access to a car. It is not possible to use public transport to reach me, so it fits with my schedule. I have my own car that is used for outings and driven by my assistants. Since we have family members with pet allergies, you should not have pets. You will work 1 shift/week (part-time). The shifts are scheduled from 09:00 to 09:00 with on-call duty at night.

You, who are applying for the job with me, should be a mature woman with life experience and extensive experience with young children. You are a person with humor and have retained your childlike spirit. You should be organized and structured, as well as have great patience. Due to the nature of the work, I am only looking for female assistants. I need help with EVERYTHING that occurs in a home, assistance with personal hygiene, clothing, cooking, etc.

I am an active and fun-loving 49-year-old woman with a great sense of humor. I have autism and an intellectual disability. I live in my own house in a residential area in the countryside of Grödinge. I am looking for a person who can share my interests. I enjoy when things happen, going for walks, and making small outings every day. My interests include being outdoors in nature, taking walks, and doing crafts. I feel best when I get exercise and fresh air. I enjoy picking flowers and watching animals.

For my communication, it is very important that you understand and speak Swedish fluently. I sometimes have difficulty understanding and being understood, so my speech is sometimes supplemented with signs. You should be able to cook (not just boil pasta and thaw ready-made meatballs) and not have any dietary restrictions such as being vegetarian, gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, or similar, as we will eat the same food together. Working with me is an active job, and you must therefore be able to put aside your mobile phone while you are with me. Personal suitability, attitude, and chemistry are more important than previous experience as a personal assistant.
