Childcare Worker at JENSEN Preschool Kungsholmen

JENSEN Preschool Kungsholmen started in August 2020 on Kungsholmen at Alströmergatan 45B in fantastic premises from the 1900s that we have carefully renovated to suit our operations. The preschool offers space for about 50 children, divided into three departments for ages 1-5 years. We are now looking for a childcare worker who, like us, is passionate about every child's development and learning!

Security & self-esteem are the foundation of how we work with all children, and our own educational model with mini-lessons focuses on children's knowledge. Qualifications

We prefer that you are a trained childcare worker or have experience in educational work. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and brings energy to both children, guardians, and colleagues to create a positive work environment for all. Knowledge in sports, art, music, or crafts is an advantage. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development; therefore, very good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. Since we have a clear health profile, you are likely on the same track.

Employment Form

The position is a fixed-term employment of 75% from August 4, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Placement at JENSEN Preschool Kungsholmen.

Within the preschool, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. The extract is done via polisen.se with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form home; do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.

The first step in our recruitment process is to complete two tests (Mint and Matrigma). Test links will be sent by email immediately after the application is submitted, and you will receive feedback on the tests right after you have completed them.
